Telesales Supervisor

The Telesales Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Telesales Manager in developing, leading and coaching telephone Account Executives to deliver ambitious revenue & customer growth targets through acquisition, retention and product upsells to new and existing UK estate agent customers; leading by example in personal targets as well as coaching individuals to exceed team targets. The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years' experience in the online environment and the advertising industry in a telesales capacity with a proven track record of leading a team.

Catalogue Executive

The Catalogue Executive will maintain and continuously improve the data content on the Zoopla website; working directly with 3rd Party providers as well as internal and external customers to provide a first class user experience of accurate and high quality data content. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience of working within an online business handling data feeds and website listings queries and have an excellent eye for detail and thrive on problem solving as well as working effectively under pressure within a busy fast moving environment.

Perl Software Developer

We are looking to recruit a Perl developer to help us build new features and enhancements to our platform - this includes the APIs that drive our website, back-end tools, intensive/distributed data processing, search technology, complex valuation algorithms, and server control functionality.

Trainer

Reporting to the Sales Training Manager, the ZPG Trainer will work across sales and service teams to improve product knowledge, sales effectiveness and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the sales process, experience of Account Management in Field Sales and Telesales, and be highly self-motivated.

Account Manager

The Account Manager's responsibilities include growing sales of products & services to UK residential estate agents within a defined territory. The successful candidate will have proven performance levels selling a multi product portfolio through new customer acquisition and regular account management, ideally within the online advertising sector.

Account Executive

The Account Executive will grow ZPG members and revenues through sale of products & services within the UK residential estate agency market, ensuring uptake of available or additional products to enable the long term retention of our members. The successful candidate will be positive in attitude and communication, with a can-do approach and have proven performance selling a multi product portfolio, ideally within the online advertising sector.

Consumer Support Executive

The Consumer Support Executive will provide a first class customer service experience on all consumer contacts. This includes, but is not restricted to email, estimate feedback and the despatch of agent leads. The successful candidate will be a good internal and external communicator; be flexible, adaptable and willing to work in a busy, fast paced and targeted environment.

Member Services Executive

The Member Services Executive will provide a first class customer service experience on all new set ups and customer admin tasks within a targeted resolve time, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience to achieve the highest customer satisfaction levels. The successful candidate will be familiar with all Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel to beginner level and previous experience in working within a fast paced customer service environment is essential.

Contracts Supervisor

The Contracts Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day running of the contracts processing team and ensure the sales contracts are processed on time and accurately. Working and communicating across functions will be a key requirement of the role. The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills, both written and spoken in order to inform, advise and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Key Account Manager - Midlands

The Key Account Manager will grow customer and revenue sales of products & services to larger independent agents and will develop long term business relationships with key agents within a defined territory. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for delivering regular and effective account management meetings and increasing revenues through a multi product portfolio. The successful candidate will have experience in, exposure to or an understanding of the UK Property and online advertising industries and be a credible professional, with the ability to effectively present and communicate at individual and group level.

Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager role will be all encompassing, supporting the Media Operations Manager in their support of the commercial team involving the flighting and management of display campaigns using DoubleClick Premium, managing all email campaign using Silverpop, inventory requests and troubleshooting reconciliation issues. The Campaign Manager will be also be responsible for performing all functions of an ad trafficker. The successful candidate will have advanced administration and organisation skills and excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
