Account Executive

The Account Executive will grow ZPG members and revenues through sale of products & services within the UK residential estate agency market, ensuring uptake of available or additional products to enable the long term retention of our members. The successful candidate will be positive in attitude and communication, with a can-do approach and have proven performance selling a multi product portfolio, ideally within the online advertising sector.

Account Manager

The Account Manager will be looking to grow sales of products & services to UK residential estate agents within a defined territory. To exceed performance levels selling a multi product portfolio in line with company goals through new customer acquisition and regular account management. To develop & maintain strong business knowledge within estate agency and digital marketing solutions in order to evaluate customer needs effectively and ensure a first class customer solution & service at all times. To effectively build territory strategies for continued long term growth by developing sales skills; maintaining effective customer records as well as accurate & timely reporting.

Business Analyst

Working within the Zoopla Strategy team, your primary role will be to support the company’s growth by providing research, insight and analysis to produce business plans for product developments. You will be required to work with multiple senior stakeholders within the company gathering business requirements and evaluating the potential impact of new opportunities.

Business Development Executive

This role is to support the launch of new products and services introduced by Zoopla Property Group under the Business Services umbrella. These services will deliver both increased product revenue and improved retention of our customer base. They will do this by providing our customers access to a range of valuable new services as an additional benefit of being a ZPG member. This is a business development role that will help us establish and develop these new products and services that sit outside of our core membership portfolio. The role is to ensure that we deliver specific sales targets whilst ensuring that the after sales service delivers a first class customer experience.

Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst will work across the business to ensure the right information is in the hands of the right people at the right time in the right form to empower rational decisions. To accomplish this, the successful candidate will proactively surface information needs, design a solution that meets or exceeds the requirements, build the solution, and drive its adoption. Ideal candidates will be curious, collaborative, service-oriented, and enjoy solving problems. Evangelical empiricists are most welcome!

Business Services Account Manager

This role is to support the launch of new products and services introduced by Zoopla Property Group under the Business Services umbrella. This is a Field based business development role that will help us establish and develop these new products and services that sit outside of our core membership portfolio. The role is to ensure that we deliver specific sales targets whilst ensuring that the after sales service delivers a first class customer experience.

Credit Controller

The successful candidate will be the point of contact for all internal and external billing queries, chase all outstanding debt and old debt from the aged debt report and will work proactively to ensure that accounts do not become overdue. They will also be responsible for maintaining monthly payment plans and liaise with all members of the sales team to resolve customer disputes.

Graphic Designer

The successful candidate will conceptualise and build custom creative concepts for sales pitches and client presentations on brand. Develop and design print and online marketing collateral for the sales team, such as brochures, presentations, flyers etc. for our various customer products and service. Develop all printed and email communications for customers, and prospect communications. Produce online creative, including banner ads, landing pages, forms etc. on brand, for various consumer or trade campaigns. Manage the provisioning and guardianship for both internal and external teams using our brands/logos/assets. Work with marketing team and external agencies to develop amazing creative that is on brand and will deliver great results. Support and advice the marketing team in all design related tasks, to ensure everything from Social Media and Facebook creative to Google Ad words and VOD designs, are of the highest standard.

Head of Product Marketing

The successful candidate will manage internal and third party relations: work with external businesses to collect sales and other data to effectively market products. Develop product collateral, such as brochures, presentations, proposals, online, datasheets and white-papers. Develop a range of customer testimonials for external/internal use, including video and written case studies. Own the development and execution of the product marketing plan, including go-to-market, route to market and competitive plans. Work closely with the Head of Brand in sourcing relevant information and ensuring internal buy in. Create and adapt the value propositions to local market conditions and customers for successful use into existing and new regions or vertical segments.

Interim Business Process Analyst

Reporting to the Commercial Director, your primary role will be to assess and identify key ZPG processes to assist with general operational improvements and to define and shape our CRM and other system changes.

Member Services Executive

The Member Services Executive will provide a first class customer service experience on all new set ups and customer admin tasks within a targeted resolve time, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience to achieve the highest customer satisfaction levels. The successful candidate will be familiar with all Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel to beginner level and previous experience in working within a fast paced customer service environment is essential.

Member Services Supervisor

The Member Services Supervisor will lead, train and motivate the Member Services team in the delivery of a world class customer experience in line with company values and goals, and manage team performance and development to exceed team targets and customer satisfaction scores. The successful candidate will have one to two years experience at Supervisor level working within an online business and be proactive and confident in the presentation of ideas and solutions.

Perl Developer

We are looking to recruit a Perl developer to help us build new features and enhancements to our platform - this includes the APIs that drive our website, back-end tools, intensive/distributed data processing, search technology, complex valuation algorithms, and server control functionality.

Python Developer

We are seeking hard-working, high-performing Python software developers who want to make a difference and aren't afraid of a challenge to join our dedicated team based in Central London. Successful candidates will spearhead our use of Python, determining best practices and integrating tightly with the Perl development team.

Telesales Executive

The Telesales Executive will be looking to grow customers and revenues to Zoopla through sale of products & services within the UK residential estate agency market, ensuring uptake of available or additional products to enable the long term retention of customers. To achieve identified new & retention sales targets of residential estate agents through proactive calling across the customer base, responding to incoming customer calls & queries, selling our clients products and services to deliver sales targets as well as resolving incoming issues and minimising cancellations.
